Our Full service represents a significant pricing advantage and is our most popular option.
Performance Based Fee Structure: – we only earn monies when we collect them on your behalf

    • 8% Monthly Management Fee – earned on collected rent




    • 65% Leasing Fee – 65% of the base monthly rent


    • 50% Late Fees – split with owners on all late fees collected


    $150 Lease Renewal Fee – upon negotiating a renewal term lease – includes a home inspection

    • Comparable rental homes, condition assessment & rental cycle evaluation

360° Marketing Program featuring Guaranteed Results(upon vacancy and the house being in “rent ready” condition and our mutual agreement on pricing strategy): if we don’t have a lease signed in 30 days then we will reduce the monthly management fees for three months.
